In this thesise, we compute the self diffusion coefficient using the "disconnected approxiamation " which gives an expression for this coefficient as a function of the dynamics and static structure factors. these latter are also determined using the mean field approximation in the one ionic componet plasma and the tow-ionique componet plasma.

The thermodynamic quantites and the relative properties which refer to these quantities are very important parameters in the plasma giagnosis. The calculation of all these quantities is based on the knowledge of the pair distribution function, Which plays a fundamental role. Our results seem to be close to these from the molecular dynamiqce model.

Computing of autocorrelation function of the electric field seem by an impurity ion and of the velocity of the same impurity ion has been developed using a theoretical model. This model makes use of the diffusion coefficient in the disconnected approximation and the pair distribution function, which was taken in a semi-empirical form. We find a good agreement between our theoretica result and those from molecular dynamics. These results stimulate us to improve the line profil analytic comutation models which are nothing but the Fourie transform of certain autocorrelation function.
