Dodge plans release for this new model neon in spring of 2003.  With a factory claimed  0-60 time of 5.9 seconds, a 148 mph top speed, and a price below $20,000, this is one car that is a definate contender for king of the sport compact scene...with and still being factory stock. The 2.4L Turbo produces 205hp and 220ft./lbs of torque.  This makes the car the second quickest in the dodge lineup, next to the Viper. Like the Dodge Viper SRT-10, the number 4 denotes the number of cylinders in the engine, while the SRT is an acronym for Sreet/Road/Track.
