Expansion
1) All Daze Leagues are keepers
2) Number of players to carry over from year to year is 5.
3) Keeper designation must be made by a date determined by the
commissioner, however the designation can be moved
from player to player untill the cutoff date.
4) Keeper cut off date will be held 2 weeks before draft date with
draft date being held generally 2 weeks before season begins.
5) The trading of draft choices are permitted in all sports by the
trade deadline or in the off-season.
6) All trades must be open for evauluation 1 full day.
7) Expansion will be determined league by league
8) Expansion is limited to 14 teams in each sport with the Rules
Committee determining any league expansion.
9) League expansion will be done in equal numbers
10) If no keeper list is submitted upon the commissioners request,
that team, will be given fair warning then locked and the
team will be deemed dead.
11) New ownership of any Daze team, the initial search for ownership
will be held internally, if there is no suitable ownership, then
an external search will being.
12) Ownership qualifications - being an active GM, being an active
trash talker or message poster and finally the desire to
manage more than one sport.
