Hard Enough

Verse 1: Somehow today I felt the need for you/standing on this side of a wasted view/I once had figured out all the things I should do/I compromised and found that place in you/only now I can't seem to get through

Verse 2: Standing on the corner of a faded street/remembering all the times we couldn't speak/what was wrong that we couldn't say/ those stupid things that happened yesterday/thinking about it now, maybe it wasn't you

Chorus: Is this only me, who sees it this way?/could there be someone else actually feeling the same?/feeling lost in this world in not finding my claim/wonder if things will ever change/cause baby it's hard enough just feeling this way

Verse 3: Believe me now when I state/that I'm not the girl that you used to date/I can't go on living just like this/while you change your mind, but with every intent/to shun me today like you did me before/I'm stronger than that/I just can't take anymore

Bridge: Oh, why does this have to be so hard?/trying to make it through the pouring down rain/participating in this mangled game/knowing the rules seem to always change/I don't seem to fit in this convuluted state of life/

Chorus: Is this only me, who sees it this way?/could there be someone else actually feeling the same?/feeling lost in this world in not finding my claim/wonder if things will ever change/cause baby it's hard enough just feeling this way
