Someone was bushhogging their field and uncovered the 1942 Cadilac belonging to Sylvestro Carolla, New Orleans Crime Boss.
Yea, I hear ya, "We seen that little house that's haunted on Red Bluff".
But, yous ain't seen inside. Dat's an ole Frigidaire with the cooling mechanism on the floor. The circular hole was for a wood burning stove/heater's pipe.  I heard creaking as the wind picked up and the trees moaned in displeasure. What happened next?
I rode the heck out of there, fool.
The University of Mississippi will always be the "Rebels" The state flag will always have the Confederate Battle Flag and National Flag of the Confederacy as its parts. There will always be Confederate Flags hung in front of mobile homes,  million dollar mansions and businesses. The reasons you see these flags are varied. "Pride" is the predominent reason with just a "tad" of "don't mess with us" kicked in. I think you'll find that the majority of those flying that beautiful red flag are not racist but are those not interested in becoming what the north has become. Have you ever heard of someone retiring to the north? Get yourself a Rebel Flag and come on down, no don't, de-yankieizaion is almost always unsuccessful. That experiment failed in Florida.
And then there is the Bilbo crowd. If you had read the inserted link, you'd know what I'm talking about.
I pulled into Morgantown where things go flat because you are down in the  Pearl River Valley. Don't continue to Foxworth on 587, you'll be  wasting your ride. Before leaving town I saw this old house painted in "railroad colors". Mustard and brown were what the depots and railroad houses were painted. That must have been Southern Pacific or Kansas City Southern colors, just-a-guessing, Fred.
Go west out of town on Holly Springs (MS 44) until you hit MS 585 and go south. More; more; more. I didn't go all the way to 585 but took the first road south.  I'd done 585 and doing it again would be redonethat.
I've put this thing together over the last three nights since I'm done with 6 or 7 hour pulls, so I fogret what pictures I posted on the next page.
Heck, I don't even know if I made it home. I recond I did, I'm here.
