I rejoined Ms.43 and continued north looking for another distributary into the unknown between it and MS 13 and US 11.
    The new "Ole Stewart Cemetery" sign caught my eye and I was ready for a cemetery visit. The operative word here is "visit".  From the signs location I looked back across the road and caught the flowering pear tree and the top of the old barn.
     USGenWeb says this cemetery was not accessible. Now it is. There has been some activity there and rightfully so.
   "This old  cemetery was on the George Washington Stewart property.
Burial dates range from 1864 to 1936.  Many of the stones are missing or badly damaged".
