This is my "baby" I bought her in Fl. when I was 13. I worked on a deep sea fishing boat as a deck-hand. I loved the ocean. This is in Indy 1999. I had just put in a 396 that year and I had some bugs. Lets just say it was more like gremlens. That wasn't one of my best years. But I still had a blast!
                  Featured Tip:
Once in-awile you run into some problems.
Last year I installed a 30over 396 My Camaro came with a small block(that I raced for 4yrs. after my Father rebuilts it) and iI managed to run consitant 13.24 et. But I thought I needed to go faster ! After Machine Shop bills and a set of New HOOSIERS  I thought I was ready to go. Was I wrong ! Many problems starting with Traction the car wouldn't transfer the weight. So I bought new Moroso Springs That did the trick!

CAR BUYING "TIPS"

About my 68
1968 Camaro origionaly came with a 327 2-speed powerglide. A/C, PS and deluxe interior. She was teal blue w/ teal blue interior. But when I bought it off of another deck-hand it was white. I plan on dedicating a full page of her restore as soon as I get a scanner. I first started with the inside she was rough. I ended up dye-ing the inside black. The body wasn't in the best shape either. I found out later that it had been wreaked about 6mo. after it was bought new. Passanger side down a guard rail (ouch)! But I didn't care I had a few years to "fix her up".
