GOOD FOR A THOUSAND!

Well, I just had my annual physical and the doctor said that at this rate I’m good to last at least to 100.   I think that may prove to be a bit longer.

Think about it.  Organ cloning is about 5 years away.  And when nano technology gets going there will be little machines running around in our blood finding malfunctions and fixing them even before they get noticed.   Our body parts won’t wear out as fast and when they do, they can be regrown and replaced!  And since the clones will be of our own cells, no chance of rejection!

Last year I found myself facing the remote possibility of near mortality.  This year I’m looking at the very real possibility of near immortality.  The possibility is mind-boggling.  All the time in the world to accomplish things, to never have to worry about growing really old and being able to see the future as it unfolds, maybe even have a hand in directing it.

Things are going to be fun!
