IGNORE THEM!!!!
Recently on a yahoo group I'm on there was a heated discussion about karma and the silly wiccan rede shit. And I read the posts and read them and I really wanted to jump in but I did not. This is a change for me because usually I go in blasting at such things but this time I decided that it just was not worth the trouble, for a very simple reason:
NO ONE CARES WHAT THE STUPID WICCANS THINK!
Really, why should anyone change anything they do because some silly bitch on a mailing list says they should? After all, their arguments do not persuade and they lack the power to coerce, so it really does not matter what they say or do. Getting into a debate will only raise your blood pressure and annoy your digestion, so it is far better to sit back and just laugh at them.
In fact, being laughed at is all wiccans seem to be good for these days since we can't use them for kindling any more, like our magickal forebears in the Church could.
Oh, those were the good old days.
