Copenhagen, Demark
Copenhagen has alot of statues, churches and palaces.  Although i found Copenhagen to be prettier then Oslo, I still prefer Stockholm.  Here i finally found a KFC!  there are no KEC's in the nordic country, there is only one in Copenhagen.  I think its also because Copenhagen is a much bigger city then Stockholm and Oslo, the streets are a bit dirtier.  Overall, Copenhagen is a nice city, if you like history and stuff like taht Copenhagen is a great city for museums, and palaces and catherdials and stuff like that.
One fo the many statues of past kings in the City... they are virtually everywhere!
Inside one of the more popular churches in the city
Alot of the buildings in Copenhagen have the color gold on it... like this fountain in the middle of one of the busier streets
The City Hall, again, with gold on the building...
I can't remember which museum this was... but if you look closely, there are again gold on teh building and tons of statues
Tivoli Garden.  It's suppose to be a Christmas in June sort of thing.  It's suppose to be very pretty inside, but, since i went in the winter, it was closed.  NOTE TO SELF: don't go to Europe in the Winter, most attractions are closed.
The Danish Palace Guard.  I still say the Swedish has the best costume.
Behind me is the Amalienborg Palace and the most famous church in Copenhagen: The Marble Church
Some sort of a Royal Seal i found inside on of the many Palaces
Amalienborg Palace, with a statue of one of the Kings in the middle of the Palace Ground
How often do you encounter Royal Gurards marching down the middle of a busy street like this???
What the hell is the statue of David doing in Copenhagen???
what nordic country visit would be complete without a tour of the shopping street?
The most famous attraction of them all in Copenhage, the statue of the Little Mermaid.  You actually have to line up to get a picture...
H.C Anderson, the guy who wrote the Little Mermaid, and many other famous fairy tales
The most famous church of them all, The Marble Church... agian closed off from sighting....
The Christianborg Castle, now used as the Danish Parliament
Me at the Christianborg Palace
The Christianborg Castle is HUGE! this is from another angle....
Yet, another statue of a King, i'm pretty sure this is King Christain because it sits in the middle of the Christainborg castle.
This picture was taken behind the Frederiksberg Castle.  Now used as the Danish Royal Military Academy.  I like to call it the Royal Garden.  Many people use this as a Park and go running and stuff
This picture was taken when i first got off the train at 3:30pm... and already it looks like nightfall... sad....
