Where and when are the monthly meetings for the HOA being held? The website
is not updated and does not list this information for those that would like
to attend.

CREHOA,
Is there a plan to replace damaged trees due to the heavy snow that occurred this last winter?
There are quite a few on Crown Ridge Blvd. and rather than every home owner go out and purchase all different trees maybe we could look into getting a bulk discount and replace all the damaged trees with similar ones.
--Arron
Currently we have on our Board Member agenda to discuss the replacement of multiple trees around the community, which have been damaged or died.
However, the trees, which the Board will be replacing and are responsible for, located in our park and common areas.
Homeowners who have trees directly located in front of their homes are responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of these trees. Also if the trees get damaged and need to be replaced it is the homeowners responsibility to replace the tree in front of their homes with the list of required trees to chose from which is posted on our website:
http://crown-ridge-estates.com/page9.html
This document is the official Arlington code document and guidance we must abide by Arlington City Code in maintaining and planting of trees along the four-foot medium between the street and the sidewalk.
At this time, we are not currently listing the location of the Board Meeting on our Website.
However, the Crown Ridge Board meeting is normally the third Thursday of every month.
If you desire to attend a Board Meeting, please send email to Charlotte Fitzgerald at Windermere so she can coordinate with us concerning you attending a meeting.
I am trying to find out when the meetings are for the board. So that we can attend some of the monthly meetings and get involved. Very difficult with the old information that is on the site

FYI we have called Charlotte Fitzgerald at Windemere at least 3 times (over the last 2 months)and she does NOT return calls!! She is very disappointing for the amount of money that we are paying her company.

I am just curious to see if anyone else's home was vandalized last night (9/3/2007)? We found several eggs smashed against our garage this morning. I called the police and filed a report with them. Just wondering if it was a random incident for us.
Thanks

FIRST THE CAR WAS BROKEN INTO, THEN OUR HOUSE WAS EGGED LAST NIGHT.
Not only has our home values plummeted with the ongoing mortgage crisis but we seem to be blessed with kids living in our neighborhoods bent on bringing them down further. Too bad they didn’t have the time to stay and talk, I would have loved the opportunity to chat with them. But instead seemed more focused on getting their exercise as they ran across to the Eagle Crest area. Really it’s probably the parents that should be locked up. Can’t we get increased security in this area?

Homeowners dues are now out of compliance with the CC&R's.
The CC&R state that homeowners are to pay $100.00 per year and stated NEVER TO EXCEED $200.00.
Now we are asked/forced to pay $240.00??? Are we not missing the 2/3 aproval of all homeowners?

I was also curious about the increases in dues without owner approval. I also noticed the email addresses posted on this site is getting returned as undeliverable. We need to be able to contact our bod when we need to talk. I have no idea who they are or what they look like. Please email me at [email protected] thank you.
