Hello everyone and thanks for comming...THE STONES ARE HERE!!!!! Suppose to be a sell out concernt here in Halifax on the commons.   Me...am I going......Heck yeah....One of my clients has an apartment building directly facing the giant 81/2 story stage so im quite excited to see the 40-80 thousand down in front of me, i will be on the roof...should get some nice pics....So what have I been up to lately u ask...well i have listed our real estate mangement company over the summer and that kept me busy....i am vice chair the new Urban Design Task Force...this was devised by city council in there 25 year plan to have an Uband Design study done.   They hired a Consultant team called Office for Urbanisim....Check out there web site on the Halifax main page.  And please join us in our next forum ,plus stay tuned here for the latest on Heritage Issues facing this city...(i am on Heritge Advisory Committee as well)...and the latest on Urban Design issues facing our beautiful city of Halifax, Nova Scotia...I will let you all know tomorrow morning how the event went tonite....plus i will share my pics first thing.....so come back and check out the views....and my views....Cheers....
