COOCH BEHAR, Aug. 23: General Manager (Development), BSNL, West Bengal, Mr Goutam Chakraborty inspected progress of telecom network development in some places in Cooch Behar district today. He visited Changrabandha, Mathabhanga, Mekhliganj, Nishiganj, Cooch Behar and Pundibari areas. He appreciated Telecom District Manager Mr MK Seth and his team for development of telecom services in this district. 

Mr Chakraborty also appreciated the fast growth of telecom services, innovative ways of customer care and marketing efforts in Cooch Behar district. The GM (D) assured all help in making Cooch Behar a model telecom district. He met officials and staff of Cooch Behar Telecom District at the office of the TDM and asked all to work unitedly to make Cooch Behar the top telecom district in the country. []
