Felicitation 

“Binapani Club and Byayamagar” was established in 1953. Recently, during their annual programme they felicitated the state forest minister Ananta Roy, Cooch Behar Zilla Parishad sabhadhipati Jnanendra Chandra Chanda, Cooch Behar (North) MLA Dipak Sarkar and an eminent power-lifter Chandana Das. A colourful cultural programme was organised on the occasion.
