COOCH BEHAR, July 23: As a part of their drive to ensure clean environment and also to make Cooch Behar greener, the members of Lions Lioness and Leo Club of Cooch Behar (Greater) organised a Briksha-ropan (plantation of saplings) programme on Sunday morning.
