Evans wants to say ![]() Finally, at long last, I'm back! Sorry for the delay, folks, but it has been unimaginably difficult and expensive to find internet access in the UK. But, after much struggle and harrow, we've prevailed. So, I think you can now see all of the pics from the wedding, about which I will more fully describe presently. We were wed on the isle of Inis Oirr, pronounced Inish Ear, and it was better than we had hoped. The weather was UNREAL, and the view was amazing. The wedding party met at the Galway bus and rail station, and hopped onboared a bus to Roosenval, and from there we enjoyed a 40 minute ferry ride to the island, complete with bar service. We had two rooms booked at the only hotel on the island, so the boys and girls could change without seeing each others naughty bits, and then we were taken to the topmost point on the island by pony and cart. The topmost point was O'Brien castle, which was great since it's one of Lisa's family names, and it overlooked the Atlantic and Galway Bay, with the Cliffs of Moher in the distance. The service was short and sweet, and we all enjoyed a pint and live music back at the hotel, before taking the party back to Galway city. It was an affair not many will soon forget. . . And now, Lisa and I are in the lovely Devon city of Lynmouth, enjoying a three-day music festival (and the scenery; stunning) before venturing down to Cornwall for a day or two. Pics available for that, as well. I'll be in touch with more soon. . . Evans 2007-06-09 14:45:40 GMT
