Finally made it down to get the boat.   Problem is boat is bigger than the trailer.  Since it want fit, I am going to keep working on it and launch it and keep it in Pensacola.  Look like I will be down Spring Break to work on it.

Here it sits in the sling of the crane that was going to load it onto the trailer.
