Now, normally, I'm not a fan of fan films that are made in homage to a certain film, or a certain director's style. However, having recently watched the Pink Five series of fan films, I'm prepared to make an exception here.



Pink Five is based on the Star Wars films, and features Amy Earhart as Stacey, who'se X-Wing designation is Pink Five, which is itself an homage to Luke Skywalker, who was Red Five.



The humour is a little bit obtuse at times, but other times absolutely spot on. There are 3 films in the series so far, with a fourth one, in reality, part two of the third film, due out later this summer. I definitely encourage you to view the films, even if you are not a Star Wars fan.
