Two weeks ago Rana came to help me move some big items. One of the things I had asked him to do was to water the plants. Today, he is back to move the Gurulib computer servers. I noticed one of my plants was seriously dehidrated. I asked him "Didn't you water the plants last time?"

"Yes I did" he said.

"This one too?" I pointed to the sickly plant.
"You told me to water the plants, so I watered the upstairs plants." he replied.

"Why didn't you water the first floor plants too?"
"You didn't tell me to water the downstairs plants."
"Say you're sorry" This my only way to accept the fact that it may have really slipped his mind.
"I'm not going to say I'm sorry. It's your fault anyways for asking me to do something in the first place."
I wanted to yell at him, I wanted to say something witty, I wanted to let it out. But all I could do about it is hold my tongue and stew in it.
