Big day.  9:53am from home.  Went to Mc D's SV, Eric talked to him.  11:06am Social Service visit person, 4:22pm from home. I took kids at 6pm...Saw the Valencias...receipt for coffee.  Marcos came, Aly told me she & Eric called him 5 times about 6pm, Eric asked about what time to come back 8pm?  I told him the time they were supposed to come back.  Went to Verdugo MC D's, kids came back at 8:49pm  Quiet ride home, Dad gave Aly 7th season of West Wing, Aly gave me a note that Marcos has written...kissed and said she was sorry for being late.  Receipt for Mc D's Verdugo 8:20pm... They went to SV Mc D's...Note:  Marcos left messages that he would return to Verdugo McD's.

Social Worker-identified her self, "Happy New Year"!  caller id "blocked call" said she had been calling me, I didn't answer phone.  I told her I was waiting for a call, didn't get one, for two weeks, am I calling her a liar?  I said there may be a problem with the phone number.  Said I had someone else said they had left messages for me I didn't receive.  She said she called 549-1477, I told her wrong number, but she said we were talking today.  Okay, she'd be here 12-4pm.  Aly came and got me.  Worker called my name from outside.  Didn't knock. Asked if I had a dog.  Yes, he was put away.  Told her we would move him around so she could see the back.  Do you live in the back, no the kids had a room down the hall.   She was very nice.  I signed that I saw her.  Asked about who lived here, Pete, no, he had his own home, just slept there a couple days a week.  Asked me how to spell G's name, I told her I had the back room.  I told Aly to go get Eric so she could see, she told me it was okay.  I gave her the unemployment papers and my copy of my SS card.  Asked how much I paid rent-$200. Told me she came by 12/22 1:30pm...No one was home, very could be, (note: she asked about the dog), said she left her card. oh, if I would have seen it...I was going to get Aly last day of school.  She told me, they don't call the first time out, the second time they have to call to make appt.  I told her the superviser told me to expect a call 7:30am or 4:30pm...  Didn't work that way per her, she mentioned she had a lot of visits, I told her the superviser said two people were out?  Yes, I asked if she had help now, yes.    She had a couple more visits, would give my case worker the folder today.  Give the social worker tomorrow to input info, call my worker Friday.  I told al l was okay, she was here, it worked out, thank you very very much.  Should of asked her for her card.

Social worker note:  I had to take my glasses off to sign & date paper.  She asked whay nationality Barkauskas was, Lithuanian.  She has a white corolla with a moonroof, tee hee, for the moon roof to myself.

Children's notes:  Aly had a Marcos meltdown when I didn't tell her Marcos called last night, I told her it was a message for me, I didn't need to report each call I get.  She was very angry.  I told her not to undo everything she has accomplished with school etc in the last months over a call from Dad...She also had a fit when I told her she didn't need to "play" other adult, let me answer questions from worker, good Mommy moment, told her to okay remind of the papers I need to give her.  Told Eric the same, (don't answer for me), I asked him why he didn't yell at me when Dad called, sometimes, he said, he yells at Aly.   he never saw her.  Te e hee.  Aly was all colors of sweet with a kiss and passing me what she found, a "love letter" she called it and she said it was disturbing.  It's a bit cryptic, he may have been tipsy, or he can't write or spell well.  Or he writes out his messages, don't care.  "Aly bird, I've been thinking about what you said about ...  you (the word  you circled)...trusting your mom more than me, ok let's do this, tell her I"m going to start picking you & Eric up for dinner and weekends.    The second half of the page has crossed out words badly mispelled words.  "Sinse your mom is using you to del m ssages between us. I'll see We"w"seda and if I don't see you, you maybe nuw(nuw underline) your'll see who's playing games.  Give me one ring if you recieved this messag."

Did go to party store for Nick & Jess wedding decor, G treated us to Home Town...help me, I declined on desserts...  G got lost once, couldn't see us.  Gotta get up early and make sauce, then Fri to make the lasagna.  Took the car all around the town, it spiked a bit, did real well.   Gotta get the boy decent toasting glasses, cake mix for the cake, and a cake topper. 

And I had a phone date night with Nancy M tonight, we both agree we miss it.  I bellowed the above to her, she went on the fu's she gets behind her back from Tanya, ya, sheesh, I told her,  we have been friends for all these years, because we would never.  There's a Romania trip, Eddy and his big dreams, and then Vegas, getting married.  She did it once too.  I never told her about the drive up window.   Told her about Nancy & I and the 30th graduation anniversary  next year,  Julie Richarson, her inheritance from ex husband, and on and on...  feeling love, Aly was especially sweet.  Tomorrow, wedding, wedding, wedding...   I hope we get a ride.  I so love my kids....feeling peace, and praying for peace.
