I drove Aly to the Zoo today.  I decided to go to my appointment early to get a parking place.  I ate my sandwich in the car, after the crowd dispursed I went to the appointment window, I let them know I needed to see the DA and my worker.   They said to go to the worker first.  My worker called me, she was unhappy, the DA office was going to, my word, cite "sanction"  me.  I explained how the fingerprint lady said they weren't there, they were in a meeting.  No, they weren't , etc.  She told me, she told the Da office I was coming, don't sanction me. Well, I told my worker I asked the fingerptint lady what to do, leave? so I did.  She told me don't listen to her, call her, okay.  The worker took G's letter, didn't make a copy.  I told her about Aly's SS card, she made a copy, told me to give it to the DA office, they had the file, called the DA office, I was there. The worker said that I didn't need to come back, after the in home people came and reported , she would approve my case, and send the cards?   She told me they lost a worker, if they don't come this week, next week.  Monday they don't work.   Don't go anywhere...Note:  we have been hanging by the phone.  Da person-she said she was going to sanction me, called me, the number on the file, three times, from when I was there last week, I told her I was there Tuesday, this week?  hummmm, well you weren't sanctioned.  The p word never came up.  She did ask me me where I was married, Nevada.  She did ask me where my children were conceived -in California?  I really have no idea, Nevada, Arizona, I don't know, not sure what I signed to.   She has me resigned the 'had sex that resulted in childrens order"...   I am in a whatever mode.  I left the office 5 minutes before my appointment.    I did check the P box, on a form.  I did ask if the DA's office's case that she would open would superceed the court order.  Yes.   I didn't have any more questions...   I will lay where they chips lie.    The Da worker did express some similar experiences about, with my experience the crying kids.  She did say that I can get custody of the kids with a visitation order.  Too many things to process. Something about showing the kids and being the player.  I did go thorough the verbal agreeements that did work, now it's the...  Eric keeps asking about which Mc's d's...he really wants to see Marcos, he called him.   She urged me to go to court.  Why won't I, I told her the kids cry,   but they are older, they know things....Why am I afraid of court, not really.  I did state I promised my kids they could see there Dad, reiterated how they cry.  She told me she was ther once, at two  or three years old, I did whine a bit...told her I would be happy with the agreement, really I am.  Whatever I did today, the DA's office will now be in control.    I think that was my objective.  It's done.    I have to live with it.  Again, it's done.  For today, I talked to G about $-I went shopping for her in cash.  I'm still in debate about santa mode.  G had a tough time with her knee...  Mel may came Sat., G decided the kids want a tree...Eric, IMO wants Cmas denial...  I don't blame him, he's been all about things being joyful...  Aly even told me that she didn't believe me when I did the Christmas in October/November  Christmas...perhaps I should, not sure what to do, my jury is out.  Then there's a tree-still can get one.  God help me...  Boy has He...  My bottom line will be, opt out with custody & financial, I will provide visitation.   signing out with a praying for peace.
