So much has happenned.  At approx. 5:30pm Thursday Aly came back all anxious, a social worker was at the front  door.  Aly stayed in the living room, he told me that it was reported that a call was placed that my kids needed necessary medical/dental treatment I neglected to give them & that I was refusing to comply with visitation that was court ordered.  Aly was making loud comments from the living room.  I told the kind man, okay, this is not the first time that the restrained ex was using their office.  He did mention that he did see a note that the last worker made about using their office to harrass me.  I tried to chronologically tell him the events.  I told him how I mailed vacation letters.  How the ex didn't show up for the Fourth.  Aly filled in the details of their phone call.  I told him how I saw him at Aly's school and how he had every chance to express a desire to see the kids, and how he picked Eric up & tossed him over his shoulder.  I told him how the child support then stopped.  I expressed my concern about the fact that he stopped working, told the kids it was due to injury.  I talked about the shoulder back & knee, Aly piped in about how he said he was doing pilates.  I expressed my concern that if he were on a physical leave, if he was on medication and that he had issues with that before.  I also expressed that if it were for other reasons I was very concerned about what they may be.  We moved on to medical for the kids.  I told him I wrote a letter that could be  viewed that I used strong words.  Then I told him the ex really got mad and how he was mailing letters.  I asked for Eric to come out, he did and told the worker he really, really wanted to see his Dad.  I told him I was trying to get everything worked out.  I told the worker that the ex expressed that he wanted to work things out then sends copies of police reports.  I didn't feel that was working things out.  I asked when the report was filed-at about 3:15p Wed-I told the worker if the ex was trying to work things out why was he calling children services.  The worker gave me a referral for social services, I promised to go & to call him about getting insurance through them for the kids.  He has previously noted that I had already passed in the letter to Miss Vega about that before he came.  He Never asked to enter the house, this all happenned on the front porch.

I'll recap Friday at the Glendale office, I received yet another letter that the ex sent children service & the letter the ex sent G Friday-BTW- the kids & I went to Aly's school Sat for the extreme makeover . Two calls this weekend-Aly listened to one-Eric refused.
