The ex called & left a message for me yesterday.  In my letter I even used Cap letters that I would NOT discuss it with him on the phone.  He called anyway.  He said that he received my letter Monday Sept 25 because he was in Palmdale for the weekend.  I mailed the letter Wednesday, which means he got it Thursday.  He said that he got my letter, well, it's a letter.  If I was going to "do anything about it" to call the court , he left the number for the Los Angeles court, but he neglected to leave the area code.  I found this information on line.  He said if I were serious about it, to do something.  If I am not serious about it, he'll write me a letter.  He then called again for the kids and asked in that dramatic way if "they were okay".  This is the same tone he used when he would call & call & call , then go to the police & file a police report.

I pretty much figure that the court won't give him a date, but would give me one, if I wanted to change anything.  The only thingI would change would that I would assume complete custody of the kids-period.  I wanted to go to county today, but I am holding off until I get a car.  I just can't figure out how he has been able to satay out of work for two full months.  And what's weird, he had his blow out about the kids 2-3 weeks before he stopped working.
