Happy birthday Nick.  I sold my rings yesterday-they gave me $50 for both.  Oh well.  The checks are starting to get to the bank, so, I need to be more agressive in getting money in.  This weekend will be garage sale weekend.  I am mailing a letter to the ex today.  Still praying for peace.
