Went to counseling with Helena-I was 15 minutes early she took me right in.  Told her the truth, told her everything.  She says I'm depressed-lucky me.  I go next Thursday in SV-Stagg & Lankershim.  She gave me a cell # to call 24/7-nice.  Someone from Glendale started to leave a message-546-6200-I will call back tomorrow.  The machine cut them off.  Going to library at 5p-praying for peace.
