Wednesday did not go well.  The kids came back at 8:28pm  I talked to the kids, if they were involved in the late return.  I reiterated that their Dad knew what time to come back. .  And I noticed no plates.  On to the kids coming home.  I wanted to know if they were involved with the late return being that the three of us talked, and talked about 8pm.  Eric flat out lied and said he mentioned 8:30pm Red flag #1.  By the time we got home, Aly slammed the car door, no goodnight kisses...Red Flag #2.  I struggled to bring in the stuff from the car, no help.  Red flag #3.  I eventually went back into the kids room.  Eric told me to leave.  I told them both I knew for a fact that they were lying.  I looked Eric straight in the eye, he matched the look, I told him no science fair...he said okay.  Oh boy, I knew something was up.  Aly was crying hysterically, Eric was fixing blankets for her.  I told them I knew somethingwas wrong, Aly crying said she was fine.  Not. Eric said he was mad at me that I made ALy cry... She wouldn't let me touch her, comfort her.  Eventually, she told me, she knew what it was like to be pinned against a wall.  She told me that she & MArcos were leaving to Papas house.  Eric was with the other boys in another room, Jenny was there.  She said that she was reaching around from behind and accedintally bit him.  She pushed her to the wall, she reached for the door knob, he pinned her against the wall and then told her to sit down, until he came back.  Jenny came and talked to her...was she okay, you know, he was taken by surprise, he hadn't seen them in a long time.... (Note this was the first time he has seen them for a weekend since June and they did come back on time).  Aly did call me on the cell that day-she had told me she had talked to Jenny-I need to check the records).

Eventually the kids calmed down enough.  I went in at the morning bus time, Eric chose not to take the bus.  Aly did not go to school, I rented the car early, Eric got to school at about 9:30am---I spoke to Nancy & Ms. De Sensi-Aly told them about the incident-maybe she told Ms. De Sensi.  took Aly & G back to E's school for the science fair.  Aly was calming down.  On Friday morning, she went to Ms. Rose, who led her to the VP...  Ms. Rose aaasked if there were bruising or a sexual assault.  Aly spoke to the VP-he asked her to write it down, then he had to go off to a meeting.  She did not go back to class, she did come to the car with a, that went rather easy.  I wonder if she is playing me or MArcos.  Friday was another running around day, went to the cemetary-left Joan's flowers for someone else.  I took the kids to Mc s', this is when Aly mentioned that it appeared he hadn't gone to work.  Aly took her cadet uniform-she needed boots.  She called me Sat at 7am-she had hiking boots that Dad bout at Big 5.  She emailed a couple of times.  Sunday they came home at 7:25pm-both kids told me no incidents.

Now today, Aly spoke to another school person, they took her out of class, bottom line, they will put it in, doubt they will do anything about it.  Note:  No one from the school has called me.  My note:  I told Aly, if it looks like I pushed her into reporting, it would look like I pushed her.  I want the names of the adults she spoke to at NH.  She told everyone she knew at Frost.

No $-we'll see.  I'm not sure what Aly is up to.  I lost both sets of keys to the car Friday, one set showed up today in my purse while Aly went through it.  I paid $175 to get new keys this weekend.  I calle Pete twice & left messages-maybe he picked them up.  What ashock, he didn't call me back, I even saw him today.  He's such a jerk.  I paid anyhow for the keys, I gave him a weekend asshole pass, Darren left Sat.  I did mention to Aly that she tells me if I dare, she will call her Dad and the PD...she said she was scared, and that I would get arrested.  I gave her her phone for the weekend, she abused the priviledge-she called for pizza when she was on line.  HMMMMM.

What's left-I go to counseling Wed.  I'll need to take the bus-I have tokens.  There's too much to process.  And a personal note-I drove G to the ends of the valley this weekend, she didn't offer a dime for the car.  Oh well, don't offer it to her anymore.  She just spins and spins and spins...  It's pretty weird.  Enough of this, praying for peace.
