Chezzie's Home
The rantings & ravings of a single Mom.
Entry for January 15, 2007
Well, Marcos posed the question to the kids wouldn't they rather live with him, he would provide them with a better living situation (I may have made the mistake of tellingAly that the shingles on his house were, for the lack of the word I used, toxic), (they would do better in school), then live with her, meaning me, Aly said she would rather live with me, Eric said Grandma.  So much for not discussing the order.  It was weird, that when he dropped them off Sunday, we only had smiles.  Aly took a long time to get out of his car, he waited around and watched us.  Creepy.  Aly & I talked today and I told her he was just trying to scare them, and that they would tell me this stuff to upset me.  I told Aly that we know who has taken care of them (She told me she loved me last night, but don't quote her).  Eric played that, at Dad's I have this, this and this.  I told him at home he had this, this and this, and it was nice.  He also brought up if I had got them insurance, (Aly told him she didn't know-liar) he said their insurance cards were somewhere on the floor of his car.  He told her that he would have to start taking them to the doctor being that I wouldn't.  I thank God they haven't needed care.  I have medi-cal now, and I will use it, it's reliable.  An attorney's office left a message for Marcos tonight, the message said that if this is not Marcos stop listening and the machine clicked off.  Two seconds later the phone rang again, a different number, no message.    When I was talking to Aly about Marcos saying things to scare her about things I have done, I told her I'd ask him about the plates on his car.  My thought, I guess that's a law he doesn't need to follow, amongst others.  Aly did talk to Jenny, she said Marcos had an attorney that said he could come to the house with a police escort.  I guess he didn't tell the attorney that there was a permanent restraining order, nor did he share that with Jenny.  Jenny also told Aly that MArcos called a bunch of times from her cell about Grandpa being sick, not.  Aly knows that's not true.  Aly asked me, in maybe an attempt to catch me at a lie, I said that he called once, no she said, no, I said too.  He called from Grandpa's, from the house, then I said I wasn't sure, I have it all blogged.  A note to myself, if he did have an attorney, the attorney should be contacting me, not.  So on it goes, Aly says she doesn't want to go Wednesday, I told her I still needed to take her. So it keeps going on.  I will need to call Nelli tomorrow.  about the check and how to get doctors.  G's been sick and the kids dote on her.  Eric made her soup. Ahhh.  Tomorrow is another day, always praying for peace.
