Chezzie's Home
The rantings & ravings of a single Mom.
I'll mention the car later. Jan 10, 2006

Okay, so we are almost there.  Dad stuff:  calls to the house-6:18pm from UPS .no message 6:47 from a payphone 7:08 from home (I think Eric talked to him-I was at 7-11 buying milk).  Call to my cell at(415 #)  6:22p left message.  There are some messages for Aly on the 209 #...  I have a 6:21pm receipt from Mc D's.  I let some homeless guy refill his coffee before me, he touched my arm, creepy.  As we walked out of the door, he asked me for my name, I declined, said if there were more people like me in the world, it would be a better place.  Rolled out of Mc D's at 6:31pm.    The car-yikes...  After picking up Eric back & forth, (no 5 cop cars today at Oxnard, TG) and every red light between here and SV, we came home.  I had to stop at the Mobile station to cool the car off, went to 7-11, went the back way to Whipple.  Turned the car off to cool at the light. .  Made it home.  Got to find our what's up.  I may make 5pm appts at the library-less traffic, no chance of missing Mc D time.  Next week.

Now, received my California card  today (came from a return address in Florida???)  Received Eric's medical card. I guess the pin # will come tomorrow.  Patience...  sister...  Good news, they roll over left over $ and food stamps from the previous month to the next.  Makes me feel hopeful that the month they say I received benefits ( Decemeber 2006)  will be on my card as well.  Called for Nelli today, the person said she is not in this week.  Next week Monday may be a holiday, hope so, it's MLK day.    I guess if I need to I'll call her Tuesday. Not sure how to find doctors & dentists. Can also apply for auto deposit to checking.

Nancy called this afternoon, I guess she gets it tonight didn't work out.  I had my bag packed for the library and had an appt for 7pm, I hope so for next week.   Got to come up with a car plan, the traffic was tough.

Lastly, Aly did mention that how come the home Mc D's Dad mentioned, she said she told him to write a note-I told her it wasn't hers or Marcos' place to talk about it.  I sure hope he does write a note.  The blue car, may explode one week.  I fondly remember making Disneyworld plans and crochet at the Burbank Mc D's.

Anywho, a little expended, Bush spoke tonight, the 3500 troops (Darren is one, no shock there-expect him to go) turned into 22000 now.  Yikes.  Well, I do agree with a huge force go in go out.  The fact that a % will die in these numbers... Darren is still a number committed.  Goota call Nancy-her bday-praying for peace.
