I have a pretty healthy sense of humor, although at times it can be a little twisted.  I've made no secret of the fact that the funniest thing I have ever seen is someone walking into a glass door.  I've witnessed this event twice and both times it left me nearly on the floor in hysterics.

Today I took my teens school shopping.  I hate shopping, I mean I absolutely loathe it.  However, we managed to have a relatively good day.  I got to spend some quality time with them, even though it meant putting up with their neverending antics.  Our last stop was grocery shopping.  After, managing to pack up the two over flowing carts, I designated a cart for each of them.  As we left the store they were doing their usual sarcastic "no fairs", "Oh sure we have to push the carts and you don't even have to carry anything!"  Feeling rather cocky and relieved that the shopping was finally finished, I turned and flippantly said, "Of course, Do ya think I'm stupid?"

I turned my head forward just in time....WHACK, my face met the stationary part of the door with a resounding thud.  For a split second I was stunned, I couldn't believe I had just done the single stupid thing I found so funny when it was someone else.

My teens and the woman, who was so fortunate to be right behind me, burst into laughter.  She managed to squeak out "were you in a hurry?", which left me absolutely weak kneed in hysteria.  By the time I made it to the van all of our stomaches hurt.  My only regret is that I couldn't be in two places at once.  I would have loved to be standing on the other side of that glass when my face connected with it!
