I have been considering learning to write curlz font, preferably with a brush.  I have decided against it upon learning that the font was deviced by a (macontosh programer?) guy in 1995.  Thus if I do so I should focus on creating my own style and not copying it stroke for stroke, as it was developed for use on the computer by one person and not a community.



Besides learning Curlz I've been considering learning a foreign alphabet such as Arabic.  I don't see the usefulness of this yet, so I haven't made a commitment.  The same goes for the language of Portugese.  Perhaps some years after I am settled with life and my proffession I will have time to return to some of the more obscure languages I've been considering taking classes in.



Later this summer I may write, expand my kanji usage, read Japanese manga, some anime, copy word-for-word choice passages from books I like, and hang pictures all over my room.  I'll listen to fresh music wherever I go and I'll continue my year long search for an answer to the big question:　 専門は何ですか?



As an unrelated footnote, I have decided to limit my time at the CC forum.  I have no further need to post there, becuase I would rather speak with a counselor to receive more meaningful answers.
