"Beauty Sleep


If you are emotionally upset at your bulges, or your backbone may look like buttons on a string, then soother your agitation with a nice, warm bath.  Please, not hot or cold before going to bed as either stimulates you.  Then have a cup of warm milk, Ovaltine or a warm punch!  The recipe is: 1/3 cup claret or Burgundy wine, (both are under 12%), third cup water, sliver of lemon peel, two whole cloves, 1 small stick whole cinnamon.  Let boil a minute, then add just enough water or wine to reduce to a comfortable warmth.  If you're underweight, take a Virginia egg-nog."
