Is it ever okay to just not want to be in charge anymore?  Or maybe not turning over command exactly, but just not having to be the decision maker for every single miniscule (or enormous) thing.  Is it okay to want that sometimes?  Especially with a huge, potentially life-altering decisions.  That I certainly don't want to have to beat myself up about for the next 5 years.  Why can't I beat someone else up about my bad decisions?
