Colomubus day
Hey everybody! Just wanted to remind all y'all that the Monday is NOT Colombus day and that everyone SHOULD show up for work in the morning (barring any preiously approved leave requests, of course.) Unlike I will be doing since I've already misplaced time on 3 separate occasions, and it's a virtual lock that, come Monday, I will be operating on the Gypsy Lunar calendar or something.
And here you'd think I would be trying to stave off the inevitable forward movement of time and NOT hurrying it on up. (What with that horrific milestone that starts with a 3 and ends with an 0 so uncomfortably near on the horizon.) (Sound of shudder running through my wizened shell of a body.)
Confidential to coworker: I really do not get any special pleasure from collaborating with you. I'm obliged to work with you on joint efforts simply bc no one else can. (SQUEE!) Why does Hallmark not have a card expressing this? (HUG!)
Anywho, I'm a lazy, lazy seldom-posting person. I realize and accept this and am working to change and become a better, more frequently-posting person.
