Summary: AU Fic Michael adopted by a rich family and is very popular at
Roswell high. Football jock. Max and Isabel are almost the same but Max is
a jock football player too and Isabel is a party chick who is dating bad boy
Alex Whitman who is a party guy too. Maria was adopted too by a rich family.
Liz is the same. Maria and Liz are best friends and they are popular and
they talk to Michael, Max and Isabel but not on a regular basis.

Ring Ring
"Hello" Liz greeted on the phone.
"Hi Liz?" An unfamiliar voice replied back.
"Yeah who's this?"
"Hi Liz this is Isabel, Evans"
"Yeah I know which Isabel" Liz chuckled a bit as she was coming out of her initial shock. *Why is Isabel Evans calling me? *
"Yeah well anyways this party tomorrow, are you gonna go?"
Liz was yet again reminded of the party she so wanted to attend.
"Well, I really want to and all but it's not really Maria's thing and I wouldn't have a ride anyways"
"That's too bad I mean Maria cool, I think she'd have fun" Isabel really had hoped Maria would change her mind. "Well maybe we could persuade her, you know Michael's gonna go"
"What do you mean?" Liz asked knowing fully well what she meant.
"Oh come on Liz I noticed and you definitely know Maria has a thing for Michael, and so does he for that matter so why not speed up the inevitable"
Liz liked that idea, Maria was her best friend and she's had this crush on Michael Guerin for ages. "Michael likes Maria? You're sure?" Liz had to be sure Maria wouldn't get her hopes up for nothing
"Liz he's like my brother I'm positive" Isabel said with assurance.
"I've tried already though she won't go for it "
"Maybe I'll try it" Isabel would not give up.
"Go for it" Liz hoped this worked then maybe she might get a little time with the object of her affection.

"Baby, why are you trying to play match maker?"
"Because Alex" Isabel began to plead her case. "Max never goes out, and Michael only dates skanky hoes, plus Maria and Liz are really nice"
"Whose nice?" Came Michael voice from behind Isabel.
"Um well these .."
"Maria and Liz" Alex jumped in. "Yeah you know Isabel doesn't relly have any girlfriends and she was hoping to get them to come to the party with us tomorrow"
Despite Michael and Maira's attempt to hide their happiness about that plan Alex and Isbael saw right through it.
"See Michael the thing is Liz wants to go but Maria still won't say yes so, I was thinking.."
"What?" Michael knew exactly what she was thinking.
"You're friends with her it would be wierd if I asked her" Isabel said trying to convince him.
"No what if she thinks I'm asking her on a date, I -"
"Oh please" Isabel cut him off "You're dying to ask her out why don't you just do it I mean we're all going it won't be that obvious and you know you want to" She said in that know-it-all voice of hers.
Michael stormed to the phone, and began to dial. "I'm asking her because she's my friend, and I think she'd have fun, you are so tripping, we're just friends" He said convincing no body.
