In this language arts activity, students will choose a Greek or Roman mythological god/goddess to research. Since the Greeks made their gods/goddesses in their own image, thus these characters usually had very human flaws and imperfections as well. This combination often made for interesting challenges and conflicts in their lives.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

·        Choose one of the Greek or Roman gods/goddesses that most represents you. Find out:

Once you have finished your research, you will word process a one page (at least three(3) “Three Tree” paragraphs) on how your god or goddess most represents you.

  1. Double space the document before you start.
  2. Your name, my name and the date should be in the left corner of the essay.
  3. The title should be in a 14 point font, centered, underlined, and in bold. The body should be in a plain (NO ITALICS OR FANCY FONT) 12 point font.
  4. Once again, your essay should include at least 3 paragraphs, written in “3 tree paragraph” format.
  5. Insert one clip art or image of your god/goddess in document.  I provide help here where needed.
