The World Wide Web offers this opportunity to let my family and
friends on both coasts and in the middle of the country see pictures
of all the families. By putting the pictures on a web site the burden
of uploading each picture is focused on one person - me. And since I have a high speed connection the upload times are reasonable. But if I were to
send you all of these color pictures as email attachments it would take
hours of your time to down load them. I'm sure that you'll agree that
this is the way to go.
I hope that you enjoy this collection. I'll be updating it from time
to time so it won't always look the same. Right now it's not complicated
but as time goes by I intend to improve it. I hope that you will send me
any pictures that you have that you'd like the other families to see.
These pictures are stored on a Yahoo server. Putting something like this together is rather simple but it is tedious. All of the pictures were
scanned in to my PC and sized. Then the pages were organized and all of the web pages, text including pictures, were created and the text and pictures uploaded to the server. Again, tedious - but worth the effort. Enjoy!!!
