~Chapter 5 - Section 3
Word Problem: Simplify the following: Henry works at Lucky 32. Henry
is dealing with a table of school students. Not all of the students are
there yet, because their bus broke down. The students at the restaurant
know that the students who haven't arrived will want to order food.
Knowing this, they tell Henry to split the bill. The students go ahead and
order which is r^3+90r^2+60r. Henry counts how many students that are
there and it totals 30. To split the bill, use (r+30) to divide.
Solution: r^2 + 60r + 1740 - 52200/r + 30
! r^3 + 90r^2 + 60r
-r^3 - 30r^2
60r^2 + 60r
-60r^2 - 1800r
-1740r
+ 1740r + 52200
