   Why Jim Carrey ever chose to do this film will be a mystery until the end of time because it is absolutely terrible. It has very few laughs littered throughout it and when they came I was laughing because I desperately wanted it to be good but it wasn't. Carrey could do nothing to releive the sense of... well I can't really find words adequate enough to describe the feeling in the BBM viewing room and the look on B & M's faces tonight. Close to suicidal would maybe some it up pretty accurately.
     After more serious films with more depth than his usual stuff (Man on the Moon & The Truman Show) this is a step backwards for Carrey maybe it wouldn't have been such a backwards step if it was funny but it wasn't it was utter poo.

Don't waste your money getting this out. If you just want to have a laugh and not have to think too hard as we did tonight get one of his early films out - Liar, Liar, Dumb & Dumber, Ace Ventura would be a much better bet than this Crap!!!
If you see anyone attempting to get this out of the video shop make a citizen's arrest or something if necessary, just stop them getting it. They will learn the error of their ways in time.
