Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients:
1 package large shell macaroni
4 pckgs grated sharp cheddar
1 block sharp cheddar
1 quart milk
1 can milnot
optional add ons
rotel tomatoes
bacon
jalepenos
onions
Cook macaroni as ususal
Drain and pour in large casserol
Cut cheddar into 1 inch squares
Add to macaroni
Add 3 pckges grated cheese
Stir until fully mixed
Top with 4th pckg of grated cheese
Add milnot and milk till topping is barely covered
B ake at 300 till topping is browned and u can stick a
toothpick stuck
in the middle of the topping comes out clean of milk.
Serve hot or cold

Cheese Bake

1 lb hamburger (leanest)
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 - 8 oz cans tomato sauce
1 tsp sugar
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp pepper
4 cups uncooked noodles
1 cup cottage cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup parmesean cheese
1 8oz package cream cheese
In large skillet, cook meat until browned, and then add
onion and cook til onion is translucent. Stir in tomato
sauce, sugar, salt, garlic salt, and pepper. Remove from
heat. Meanwhile: cook noodles until al dente (tender firm).
Combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, and sour cream -
mix well. Layer in the following order: Noodles - Meat
Sauce - Cheese Mix - Noodles - Meat Sauce. Sprinkle with
parmesean cheese and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Yum!
