One year Dave decided to try his hand at making wine. After long discussions and many seconds of planning, we had decided to make it an Official Bully Boy wine. And through our perverted mind process we also decided to unveil the wine at an event, which will remain nameless. I designed the label, not yet present on this site, and Dave came up with his version of the Gettysburg Address. Read on if you dare.

The Bully Boy Address

With sincerest apologies to those who may be offended. . .

Six months ago, the Bully Boy's brought forth on this continent, a new wine, conceived in thirst, and dedicated to the proposition that all Bully Boy's deserve a drink.

Now, we are engaged in a great challenge, testing whether this wine or any wine so conceived and so dedicated can be called a Bully Boy Wine. We are met on this company street. We have come to dedicate this wine as a final resting place for those grapes who have gave their juices that Bully Boy's may drink. It is altogether fitting and proper that we should do this.

But, in a larger sense, we can not dedicate, we can not concentrate, we can not drink enough. The brave grapes, red and white, who struggled here have concentrated it far above our poor taste buds, to add or detract. The world will little note, nor long remember what we did here but it can never forget what the Bully Boy's drank here. It is for others rather to be dedicated here to the unfinished work which the Bully Boy's have thus far so nobly advanced. It is for others to be dedicated to the great task remaining before us that from these grapes we take increased devotion to that cause for which they gave the last full measure of fermentation that we here highly resolve that these grapes should not have been vinted in vain that this wine shall have a new birth of taste and that this wine by the Bully Boy's, for the Bully Boy's, shall not be totally consumed from this earth.
