Carter Dixon Powell
This my last will in case I die before Rachael Powell my beloved wife. She shall execute
my will without giving bond. Which is as follows, after buriel expenses and all debts have been
paid and gold watch given to Robert C. Powell. All the money real estate rites bonds teniments
and heridetments be divided by Rachael Powell my wife into four equal parts. One part to be kept
and possessed by Rachael Powell my wife, one part to be equally divided among Hiram M.
Powells heirs, one part to Laura P. Hamilton and heirs of her body, and one to Robert C. Powell
and his heirs.The division to be made as soon as practical not to exceed twelve months after my
death. This last will given under my hand this January the twenty seventh nineteen hundred and
thirty one.
