I, H. F. Minter of McKee, County of Jackson, and State of Kentucky, being of full age and of sound mind and memory, do make publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament. Hereby revoking all Wills by me heretofore made.
Item: 1, I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid out of my estate as soon as practical after the time of my decease.
Item: 2, All the property real and personal of every kind description wheresoever Situate, which I may own or have the right to dispose of at the time of my decease, I give bequeath and devise to my wife Emily Minter, absolutely and in fee simple.
Item: 3, I make nominate and appoint my wife Emily Minter to be the executrix of this my last Will and Testament and I request that no bond be required of her as such, I further request that no inventory of my estate be made or taken in so far as the Same may be lawfully omitted, Dated at McKee Kentucky this 30th. day of August A.D. 1930.

I everett King, Clerk in and for the County of aforesaid, do certify that the foregoing Instrument of writing was produced and filed on the 17th day of March 1952. Purporting to be the last Will and Testament of H. F. Minter and said writing was filed necessary No. of days required by law, and no objections were filed contrary there to, Said Will was read in open Court on the 21st day April, 1952 and the hand writing of the attesting witnesses were proven to be the hand writing of Russell and J.R. Hayes. Vee Gay and Deury Boggs, it was ordered by the court that said writing be probated as the last will and testament of H.F. Minter, and ordered to record and that I have truly recorded same together with this my certificate.
