MRS. EMILY MINTER PASSES

Mrs. Emily Margaret Minter was born June 24, 1884, at Green Hall, Kentucky, and passed away September 4, 1955, at the age of 71 years, 2 months and 11 days at the Bera College Hospital. Mrs. Emily Minter was a daughter of William E. and Elisa Carmack, Minter. On November 14, 1907, she was united in marriage to Hampton F. Minter who preceded her in death. She is survived by three sisters and three brothers; Mrs. Fannie M. Collier, McKee, Ky, Mrs. Lucy Couch, Tampa, Fl., Mrs. Mary Bailey, Inkster, Mi. and Edward, Glenn and Dale Minter, all of Hamilton,Ohio.

Mrs. Minter became a member of the Bussing Memorial Reform Church, McKee, Kentucky, 45 years ago. She was a faithful member of the church and taught a Sunday School class for 41 years. Even in her last moments she was thinking of the Sunday School children and things pertaining to the Kingdom. She was employed in the County Health Office for a number of years. She was always a loving and devoted wife to her husband in his hours of great care, and her pleasant disposition as she served the county will be greatly missed by her many friends and dear ones. Funeral services were conducted at the McKee Reform Church at 1:00 P.M. Tuesday by Rev. C. W. Muyskens. Internment in the McKee Cemetery with Britton Funeral Home of Manchester, in charge.
