This fierce competition, however, inspired Mr. Ng Wei Han Tristan to start a budget moving service. He approached a good friend of his, Mr. Gan Hanming, to try to sell his idea of providing economical transportation service. In the end, they decided to enter into a partnership and set up BudgetMovers.
The setting up of BudgetMovers was not easy. Many things had to be attended to and details need to be ironed out. Conflicts, which were inevitable, had many times test the feasibility of the partnership. The busy schedule during their Industrial Attachment makes it even more difficult to get things done.
It is through their perseverance and commitment that brought about the creation of BudgetMovers today.
Currently, BudgetMovers serves mainly students who are moving
in or out of the school campus. There are plans underway to expand
operations to serve the smaller residential and commercial sectors.
