"Deadboy?"

"Yeah, baby?" Angelus looked up from the book he was reading.

"Let's get married."

Angelus dropped the book. "WHAT?" he asked, his eyes wide.

Xander shrugged. "Let's get married. It looks like fun."

Angelus peered at his lover, trying to figure out what he was thinking. "Um...Xander?" he asked, his voice calm, but just faintly tinged with panic. "Why are you bringing this up?"

Xander held up a couple of brochures. "Get married in fabulous Las Vegas!" the cover of one said in large brightly colored letters. "It looks cool." He flipped through another. "Listen to this: Intergalatic includes the use of the Starship chapel all Intergalactic memorabilia including all of your favorite space character cardboard cut-outs, one Minister Transporter illusion entrace, Captain Quirk or 'Mr. Shpok' Minister, theatrical lighting and fog."

Angelus raised his eyebrows in disbelief. "I...I don't think I could get married by a fake Captain Kirk, Xander."

"We could get my friend Bob...He's a minister."

"Bob? That's the one that actually believes William Shatner is God, right?" He shook his head. "No."

"Okay, how about this one?" Xander flipped to the next page. "Gothic includes the Gothic Chapel decorated into a cemetery scene with wrought iron fencing, tombstones, and a wooden coffin for Minister's entrance. Choice of Dracula or Grim Reaper as Minister, theatrical lighting, fog, and Gothic organ music." He paused. "It'd be perfect for a vampire to get married in."

Angelus stared at him, trying to figure out if Xander was kidding.

Xander looked back at him levelly.

Angelus swallowed nervously. "Uh...Xander...I..."

Xander burst out laughing. "God, Deadboy, you take things too seriously!" he said between giggles. "A Gothic wedding...oooh...spooky..." He fell off of the couch, laughing.

"I'll show you spooky," Angelus said, tackling his lover and kissing him tenderly.

Xander melted into the kiss, his hands reaching up to run through Angelus's hair. When they broke apart, he smiled. "That wasn't spooky at all, babe. You lost your touch."

"Come on into the bedroom then. I'll give you something that'll scare you into next week."
