The Ted Hesse Memorial Scholarship
Renamed in 2007 this scholarship is made
possible by the Friends of Arlee School, Inc.'s
annual Buttercup Run and awarded each year to qualifying Arlee
High School Seniors.
The
Scholarship honors long time Arlee teacher, Ted Hesse, who
affected more than two
generations of Arlee students with his wit, his scholarship, his
devotion to excellence,
and his love for children. Mr. Hesse exemplified the best in the
teaching profession, and
his presence echoes in all of those whose lives he touched.
We are indeed, 'lucky people' to have shared time with him.
