Hi Tracey,
Don't forget to let everyone know about thenext meeting. We need to get started with collecting monies from the officers and also put in a big effort to solicit ads for the booklet. Cassandra just had surgery and will be great in a few weeks but she will be m ainly responsible for doing all of the editing, typing and illustrating. We (the committee need to encourage family members to place ads in remembrance of deceased family members, or just as Greetings to all of the other family members. We need to encourage full page ads - $50.00 where they can place a collage of pictures of their entire immediate family.

Also, we need to get hotel information to the
family members out of town - email the webpage so that they can make reservations because the hotel will take the rooms off of reserve if no one is making reservations.

You may want to send a notification that we have the website...Fred from ATL just happened to mention it when I spoke to him inquiring whether he had heard anything about hotels...so others that are not in Gainesville may also be unaware that we have this excellent resource for information.
