BRITNEY GOES TO Malibu! TV HITS MAGAZINE JUNE 1999 Issue #130

Hey dudes! Come behind the scenes with us on the set of the vid for Britney's mad new single, "Sometimes"!

If you've always dreamed of being a pop star, first ask yourself this question: "What were you doing at 5.30 in the morning on April 10 and 11?"

* If you answered "still in bed", you'd better re-think your career options 'cause Britney Spears was already up and at 'em on the set of her new vid! What a pro! If you think that sounds like too much hard work, don't forget for the two days it took to shoot the vid- and we assure you, these days stretched long into the night- Britney took only one 45-minute break. Phew! What a legend!

* Directed by Nigel Dick, who also shot "Baby..", the vid was shot at Paradise Cove Pier, Malibu. Britney was in great spirits and laughed and joked with the cast. She also appeared to have fully recovered from her knee injury- check out her mad dance moves!

* As we've come to expect from her vids, the story revolves around dancing! Britney and a group of dancers jive away on a pier- and then Britney catches sight of cute model Chad, who's hanging out on the pier instead of a basketball court. Of course, she gets her man in the end- pop stars always do!
