* When she's ready to date again, Brit just might have a new suitor. British actor Hugh Grant was asked if he preferred Britney or Madonna. "I love them both of course. But if I had to decide who to ask on a date, I'd have to say Britney," he says. "She's very special." Brit seems keen enough on the idea too. "Hugh Grant is so cute!" she giggled in a recent interview. Hmm ..

* It's OK at the beach, but not on stage. Former Baywatch star David Hasselhoff took his daughters Taylor (12) and Hayley (90 to see Britney's show in Las Vegas but the gang left halfway throught the first act. Seems David found the outfits a bit on the inappropritate side ...

* Britney has reportedly paid over US$1million to buy out Justin's share of the house they bought together.

* Rumours about that racing car movie have been confirmed, with Britney's new production company coming to an agreement with NASCAR to produce a feature film. Britney won't be a starring as a racing car driver, though. She'll play a daughter of a team owner who uses her knowledge of the business to inspire a former driver to get behind the wheel again.
