Has BRITNEY SPEARS gone through the plastic surgery mill? Relax -- it is just the workings of the folks at MTV and their newest show "Becoming," which turns fans into their favorite rock star for a whole 48 hours. After a complete transformation, the newly fantastic fans get to recreate a "classic" video by their beloved artist. This time out BRITNEY SPEARS fan KRISTEN (who admittedly even has her very own Britney doll) wanted to become Britney in the "Baby One More Time" music video. MTV's crafty staff went to work -- and voila -- there was Kristen looking very Britney-esque in pigtails, pom-poms, and, of course, the infamous sexy schoolgirl get up. 

The entire video is re-created right down to the exact dance moves and Britney belly-baring ensembles. Other "becomer" highlights so far have included twin sisters who sexed things up as JENNIFER LOPEZ for a "Love Don't Cost a Thing" video, and one excited fan who got to act with a 375-pound Siberian tiger as she morphed into the stilettos of rap star EVE. THE BACKSTREET BOYS, BLINK 182 and DESTINY'S CHILD have also been given a re-working by their biggest fans.
